etcetc Receives Nine Nominations for 2018 ARIA Awards

We are incredibly proud and humbled for our label to have received 9 nominations for this year’s ARIA Awards, with PNAU, FISHER & Aunty Donna receiving nominations for releases with etcetc.

After topping off their return to dance music by winning the Best Dance Release at the 2017 ARIA Awards, PNAU have now been nominated for a massive seven awards for their album Changa, including Apple Music Album Of The Year, Apple Music Song Of The Year, Best Dance Release, Best Group, Best Independent Release, Best Video and Best Live Act. This sees PNAU as the equal third most nominated artist for the 2018 ARIA’s, an incredible achievement.

Joining PNAU in the Best Dance Release category is house music sensation FISHER, who has had one of the biggest global dance releases this year with ‘Losing It’. 2018 has certainly been the year of FISHER, who has dominated both the local scene (with a track in full rotation at triple J since January and 2x top 20 Shazam appearances) as well as globally, with ‘Losing It’ reporting peaks at #61 in the Shazam Global chart and #33 on Spotify’s Global Viral chart (where has hit over 25 country charts). 

Another big congratulations goes to comedy trio Aunty Donna, for their nomination for Best Comedy Release for their debut album The Album.

The 31st annual ARIA Awards will take place on Wednesday 28th November at The Star Event Centre in Sydney and will be shown on the Nine Network. You can vote in the public voting categories here.
